Rudra Meditation Cave by GMVN is a stone meditation cave for meditation enthusiasts in Kedarnath. The GMVN Rudra Meditation Cave offers accommodation for single person in a cave to have a proper meditation stay in Kedarnath Dham. It is a small stone cave with wooden door and a window facing Kedarnath Temple and Bhairavnath Temple. Ideally made for serious meditation, Rudra Meditation Caves are constructed by Nehru Mountaineering Institute and manage by Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam. Rudra Gufa in Kedarnath provides single bed accommodation with attach bath, geyser, heater, SIP phone and calling bell. There are 3 Rudra Caves in Kedarnath.

Rudra Meditation Gufa is best place for meditation for pilgrims visiting Kedarnath Dham. This modern meditation cave in Kedarnath has single bed with warm bedding, attach washroom with running water and geyser, heater, SIP phone connected with Manager GMVN which can be used in case of emergency, calling bell to call attendant from GMVN staff.

Rudra Meditation Cave are located at complete isolation, 1 km from Kedarnath Temple. Booking accommodation in Rudra Meditation Cave, Kedarnath is only available for minimum 3 days and one have to book it atleast 3 days in advance. Also one have to undergo Medical check-up as only Medically Fit and Physically sound person is allowed to stay in Rudra Meditation Cave.
