A 902 meters tunnel will be constructed on the mountain adjacent to the Jawadi bypass at Jagtoli, the other end of which will be somewhat ahead of the population at Bellani on the Rudraprayag-Chopta-Pokhari route. With the construction of the tunnel, locals and others will get relief from jam on Rudraprayag main market, Kedarnath tiraha and Belani bridge. At the same time, the movement of the villagers of the villages on both sides of the Alaknanda River will also become easy.

Executive Engineer NH Rudraprayag Jitendra Kumar Tripathi says that the construction of 902 meter long tunnel and 200 meter long bridge are involved in the same project.
