To promote tourism and pilgrimage, Uttarakhand Tourism Development Council has special train package for Badri-Kedar, Kartik Swami and Rishikesh Yatra from Mumbai. Badri-Kedar, Kartik Swami Express will start from Mumbai from 03 October to visit these religious places.
The package rate also includes accommodation, food and bus facility with Kedarnath Heli service. Director of Uttarakhand Tourism Development Council, Sumit Pant said, at package rates, tourists will be taken to visit Badrinath, Kedarnath Dham and Kartik Swami Temple along with a tour to Yoga city Rishikesh.
For this, a special train will run from Mumbai to Rishikesh. From where tourists will be taken to the said places via bus. Kedarnath Heli service fare is also included in the package for visiting Kedarnath Dham. Rs 56,325 per passenger will be charged for standard class and Rs 59,730 for deluxe class. The seats will be in AC III tier and 06 night satys will be provided at Rishikesh, Rudraprayag and Joshimath.
