GMVN to renovate its Guest Houses with 65 Crs

Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam GMVN is going to renovate its guest houses on Chardham route. Most of them were damaged during 2013 floods, now getting a makeover costing INR 65 crore funded by ADB.

Most of the guest houses which get renovated are in Rudraprayag, Uttarkashi and Chamoli districts. The GMVN will focus majorly on the interiors as of now because there is very short time left for the upcoming chardham season.

GMVN also looking forward to join hands with Air India for providing tour packages. GMVN has send proposal to Air India to offer number of packages for visitors coming to Uttarakhand.
