Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam (GMVN) has increased the rates of Char Dham tour package by 23 percent. CharDham travel fares for this year have been increased by more than 2500 per person. GMVN released tour package rates for the year 2018 Chardham yatra.
GMVN Senior manager Tribhuvan Singh Bisht said that the increase in maintenance of vehicles, insurance etc. has increased the package of passenger fares. For the return of Rishikesh-Kedarnath-Badrinath and Rishikesh, the rate per person has been determined according to the age group. Senior citizens have been given more relaxation than the earlier for CharDham travel fares. The minor was considered to be a Child in it. This year, Char Dham Yatra will be started from April 18 on Akshay Tritiya.
