The first group of Char Dham Yatra reached from Maharashtra on Sunday. Then after getting registered the pilgrims left for yatra in a miny bus.
Char Dham Yatra is starting from April 21, tuesday onwards. The excited pilgrimage group of 18 members from Maharashtra reached Rishikesh on sunday. All the members then got done their biometric registration and then left for the yatra with the slogan Jai Badri-Kedar.
Ramji Bhai, one of the group member says Gangotri–Yamunotri portals are opening on April 21 for which they had come to the yatra so they can have darshan of the Ganga Yamuna with the opening of the portals. After which they will have darshan of the Kedar shrine on April 24 and Badri shrine on April 26. He also said government have made remarkable arrangements for the pilgrims this time, all the devotees must visit the Char Dhams. Pilgrims were welcomed with flower garlands by the travel agencies.
