Chardham Yatra Bus Fare to Rise by 5%

Along with Akshaya Tritya, Chardham yatra will start from 10 May for this year. The shrines of Gangotri, Yamunotri and Kedarnath will open on Akshaya Tritya 10 May and Badrinath will open for pilgrims on 12 May 2024. Joint Rotation Yatra Committee has prepared the buses for pilgrims visiting Chardham using Bus rotation service.

Chardham Travel Fare to increase by 5%

The bus fare for Chardham Yatra may increase by five percent this year. The Joint Travel Rotation Arrangement Committee has unanimously decided to increase the fare.

Joint Rotation will operate its 2,200 buses on the Chardham Yatra. Of these buses, 150 are new. Naveen Ramola, Chairman of the Joint Rotation Travel Arrangement Committee, said that the purpose of rotation is to provide easy and affordable travel to the passengers.
