Aarti at Chardham Temples will be broadcasted live to the devotees
The devotees from across the world cannot come to Uttarakhand due to any reason, now they can visit the temples live through the internet. Last year, during a roadshow held in Mumbai for Investors Summit, renowned entrepreneur Mukesh Ambani met Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat and proposed to cooperate in Net connectivity for Digital Uttarakhand. On this, 89% of work on fiber connectivity has been done by Jio.
More than 1 crore devotees will visit Chardham after All-weather road completion
Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that devotees from all over the world will get acquainted with the spirituality of the state through online visits to Chardham and other temples. Last year, a record number of devotees had visited Chardham and Hemkund Sahib. After the completion of the All-weather Road and Rishikesh-Karnprayag rail line, more than one crore devotees are expected to arrive. The Chardham Devasthanam Board also has been formed to improve the arrangements.
