In another good news to the pilgrims of Chardham Yatra, as every update of the pilgramage will now be available on the whatsapp from the departmental offices that would come together as groups. This mean of communication would come hany in the event of any untoward incident if it were to happen. Responsible department will work to resolve the problem as soon as possible in real time.
Garhwal Commissioner C S Napplchyal has notified the police and departmental officials in the above direction. Speaking in a meeting of muncipal corporation he raised concern of 29 such places between Badrinath and Rishikesh route. He issued several deadlines to complete the remaining work, as 15 April marks the commencement of the pilgramage, he adjured water and electricity board to be prepared on 30th March.
