Well organized tour, scaling up efforts in steps for those unfortunate not to get helicopter booking (but helicopter rides are not in the hands of any tour operator so please mention 3 months safe time in your brochure for tourists to book)Simran listened to and meticulously answered queries that even resulted in plan change: hope this change is part of your brochure.You could mention in your brochure that delays happen due to planned and emergency situations the Border Roads Organization is handling in an amazing way.Also that there is a registration and checking process for all tourists, that SDRF are yet to use RFID in automated way to clear checking at each point faster instead manually entering on their screens, and this delay, no tour operator can do anything about.I’ve shared pictures with Simran (sure you have better stock pictures) and writeup which you are free to add to your brochure and send me a copy so I can share with friends who may opt for your tour. Word of mouth marketing in poor in India unlike US, where leases, cable TV, etc share a few dollars for referring new customers.Suzuki vehicles are not comfortable for 3 in back seat, unlike probably Toyota. As Kedar change was at last moment the Chathram type of bundling all in 1 room need not happen in future. I understand this was necessitated at last moment and glad you could give that atleast.You need to rate your vendors like hotels and drivers too for a scope in improvement. Example. Driver quietly dropped Manav village not knowing that Saraswati was dominant (like Indra, Agni, Vayu, Surya, etc) in Rig Veda where even Ganga and Yamuna are not even mentioned, and Shiv, Rudra, Vishnu were minor entities. She may have disappeared even before other Vedas and Itihasa Puranas were written but does not diminish her stature. In Sandhyavandhanam too today, she is one of the three goddesses invoked.

Dear CareMyTrip,As i collect my thoughts and revisit my memories of the recent yatra (5thSept - 18thSept), how do i find the words to thank your team enough? You have carefully planned our yatra and personally guided us every step of the way on this spiritual journey. Yes, Himalayan weather had its own challenges but with HIS divine will and blessings; and your experienced guiding hand, professionalism and planning, we were able to complete the Char Dham yatra successfully. This is an experience of a lifetime. My heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Mr Ashutosh, Ms Stuti, Mr Prince Anand and Mr Rajendar and the rest of the team behind the scenes for the wonderful memories and journey.
