Refunds & Cancellation Policy for Kedarnath Helicopter Service
- If a passenger does not reach the helipad one hour before the slot time of the heli service, the passenger will be deemed not to have arrived. In such a situation, the fare will not be refunded to the passenger.
- For online booking of Kedarnath Helicopter Service, refund shall be done to source account
- For booking against cash, refund shall be done at booking counter from where booking was done.
- If flight cancelled due to bad weather, technical reasons or Govt orders, full refund would be done within 14 days of flight. For refund, Flight ticket is to be stamped cancelled and signed by an authorized signatory of the flight operator and presented at Guptkashi or Phata booking counter. After 14 days no refund is applicable. Refund amount would be based on below table.

- A cancellation charge of INR 200/- per passenger will be applicable and collected by IRCTC as per below table.
