Bolywood actor Hemant Pandey is in Uttarakhand these days for shooting of his upcoming film “Badri”. After the two days shoot in Mussoorie, Mumbai team visited the CM in his residence on thursday where a scene for the film was shot with him. The film is being made to revive the tourism in the state after bearing the vagaries of nature in 2013 deluge, said Pandey.
The film is being directed by Sanjay Singh who hails from the capital city, Dehradun. The film castes Ram Meher, Chirag Thakkar, Nidhi Nautiyal, Priyanka Negi and Nirmala will be seen as leading character. The film is based on the calamity showing miseries of the affected people which left them stranded, unemployed, homeless and how they are struggling to bring their life back to normalcy. After showing the impact of disaster the film jumps to publicize the famous sacred Char Dhams. The main theme of the film is to project the miserable conditions of survivors and promote the tourism spots of Uttarakhand including Char Dhams.
