Professor of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Ravi Kant inaugurated the 10-bed hospital of Six Sigma Medical High Altitude Services in Kedarnath Dham. He told that all the latest medical facilities available in this hospital which are necessary for a high altitude area.
Under the contract, AIIMS has provided high altitude medical care specific unit in the hospital according to the requirement of the doctors in all departments. Special arrangements have been made for the treatment of serious patients in the hospital like MRI, CT scan and any other type of operation. Patients with heart-related problems are most prone to high altitude areas. For this, the AIIMS institute has provided all the medical facilities as per the requirement in Chardham. The Director said that all the possible Paramedical and Medical facilities have been provided to the organization on behalf of AIIMS.
