Pilgrims will now easily get all information regarding Badrinath shrine. Now all devotees can get every information on their phone. CM Harish Rawat has launched a new app name Shubh Badrinath Yatra mobile app. This app is android based and has been developed by Chamoli district administration. This app will work on line as well as offline.
In future this app will be used for all four Dhams. For internet accessing they will use Internet satelite because optical fiber is not working on hills. Passenger can get all information like hotels, route, petrol pump, stations, workshop etc. For any emergency it will also provide number and detail about police station, hospital, district officer’s number and helipad phone number. In case of landslides this app will provide all information about local areas and shops.
