According to the aftermath done by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) heavy rainfall will strike the Char Dham yatra route in Chamoli and Rudraprayag till July 11.
MET departments director Mr. Anand Sharma said – heavy rainfall may hit Char Dham yatra route on Friday therefore, the pilgrimage to vulnerable areas must be planned accordingly. To add on to this he said – on Saturaday heavy rainfall may occur in Pauri, Nainital, Chamoli and Rudraprayag districts. Whereas, other parts of the state may experience rather heavy rainfall till June 11.
