The opening dates of Char Dham Yatra for 2014 season has been announced. There are no problems whatsoever in Badrinath, Gangotri and Yamunotri for accessibility, facilities or accommodation. The only doubtful area for pilgrims is still Kedarnath.

Yamunotri Dham:
The Portals of Yamunotri Temple will open on 2 May, 2014
Gangotri Dham:
The Portals of Gangotri Temple will open on 2 May, 2014
Kedarnath Dham: The Portals of Kedarnath Temple will open on 4 May, 2014 at 6 am in the morning.
On April 30 Lord Kedarnath’s Utsav Doli will be taken from the Omkareshwar temple in Ukhimath. On May 3 it will reach Kedarnath and on May 4 at 6 in the morning the shrine will reopen for pilgrimage.
