Along with this, the Gadu Ghada Tel Kalash Yatra has also left for Badrinath Dham. The doors of Badrinath Dham will be opened on May 8 at 6:15 in the morning at Brahma Muhurta. After the completion of Vedic worship at Joshimath Narsingh Temple on Friday, the throne of Adi Guru Shankaracharya, Rawal Ishwar Prasad Namboodiri, Dharmadhikari Bhuvan Chandra Uniyal as well as Vedpathi Acharya Brahmins of Shri Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC) and officials of Yoga Meditation Badri Temple Pandukeshwar left for Badrinath Dham.
Local women sang Mangal songs in the Narsingh temple and bid farewell to the Yatra. During this, Joshimath, the city of Lord Narasimha, resonated with the hymns of Jai Badrinath. BKTC vice-president Kishore Panwar said that no inconvenience would be allowed to the pilgrims in the Badrinath Dham.
